Question: “What does it mean to have a personal relationship with God?”
Standard Christian Answer: Having a personal relationship with God begins the moment we realize our need for Him, admit we are sinners, and in faith receive Jesus Christ as Savior. God, our heavenly Father, has always desired to be close to us, to have a relationship with us. Before Adam sinned in the Garden of Eden (Genesis chapter 3), both he and Eve knew God on an intimate, personal level. They walked with Him in the garden and talked directly to Him. Due to the sin of man, we became separated and disconnected from God.

The above question leads a person into believing that they need to have a personal relationship with God, where no such need actually exists.
The answer, that is commonly given is that people are automatically sinners and are therefore in need of being forgiving by God for some offense, that according to the Biblical tale, God is responsible for having created in the first place, furthermore, the answer goes on to infer that mankind are disconnected and separated from God and must seek to somehow reconnect with Him once more.

This is a ridiculous and frivolous idea because God is ALL THINGS, and cannot be separated from any one or any thing that exists.

It is the working of the False Prophet that has created and promulgated this lie throughout the millennia of human history.  Mankind have created the idea that God is separate from themselves and must be appeased, often times through some form of blood sacrifice, in order to conjure up a blessing from the would be deity.  This method gives power to the priest and favor to the ruling class who honor such treachery.

To the Christian, however, they willingly sacrificed the Son of God in order to appease the dictates of a vengeful and jealous God, satisfying the need for blood with the supposed atonement of Christ; their “holy cross” being the instrument of His death.

“The Kingdom of God is within you,” therefore, God is within you, thus, you CANNOT be separated from God.

The priest, your neighbor, science, your own ego all combine to keep you from looking inside yourself to find that you are already ONE IN GOD, and that all you have to do to find peace is to acknowledge the Father in all things.
